A busy life-things to do, places to go, and a culture that encourages an overwhelming schedule. It’s the day we live in. So often, I find myself busy, and to be honest, overwhelmed. But, when I quiet my heart and my mind, I feel the Holy Spirit say, just be..just rest..and allow yourself to be fully present in every moment. Here lately I have tried to stay in a place of quieting my soul to hear from Heaven. It has been an incredible thing to see the Holy Spirit speak so very specific in every situation. When we give him full access to our everyday lives, He will show up. This past week, as I was purposeful to yield to him, He clearly spoke things directly to my heart. Many of the things He spoke were for others I am around on a weekly basis. I was determined to be bold in sharing every encouraging word he gave me for others. The outcome has been so powerful. I have found, my life is too short to be afraid of what others may think of my faith. My passion, my greatest desire, is to be a conduit of his love and heart for people. I pray I will always have a heart to stop for the “one”. It breaks my heart when people get so caught up in their own agenda that they miss the opportunity to love on the “one”. And, being totally transparent, I am sure I have been this busy person before. But, what if, what if we were completely willing and yielded vessels for the Holy Spirit to flow freely through? That’s my heart; that you and I would be so completely led by Him, that we never miss the “one”. I love the story of the sheppard going after the one lost sheep in Luke 15. Jesus taught the importance of the “one”. Every day you will encounter people who need love, encouragement, and hope for this life. I have tried everything this world has to offer and it never offered the peace I walk in today. I was not always the girl I am now, but, I am thankful for my past. I understand the pain of others that much more because of my past pain. His love for you is beyond what human words can describe. His pursuit for you will never stop. And, the peace He gives goes beyond human comprehension. This isn’t just something I hope on, but, something I have experienced. You are priceless. You are never too far gone. His grace is enough. Nothing you can do or not do will separate you from the fierce love He has for you. If you are the one who feels forgotten, today, I pray you would know you are loved, wanted, and captivating to the one who created you.
