It generally takes approximately 1-2 weeks to prepare, create, and ship your products.

TVS ships with United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Orders are shipped within one week from when the order was placed and shipped in 3-5 day First Class Mail with standard shipping. 

TVS takes Paypal or any major Credit Card at checkout.

We currently ship to US and Canada. 

If tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you can’t find it, please follow these steps. 

1. Confirm that your shipping address information was entered correctly

2. Use your tracking code to see if there was an attempted delivery 

3. Check around the delivery location (if in an apartment, check with the front desk/security)

4. Wait 36 additional hours - there are some instances where a carrier shows a package as ‘delivered’ a day or two before it is actually delivered.

We want you to be happy with the design/s you choose. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange of product within 30 days of delivery date if the product is in the original condition. Please contact us at thevintagesparrowjewelry@gmail.com to assist on your return.

Though we are sure you will love your jewelry, if you happen to have an issue within the first 2 weeks of your purchase, you can exchange with another of the same item once we receive the original item back.

TVS jewelry is made up of various metals and glass. Brass, copper, and other pliable metals are used for each piece. Most all of our pieces are antiqued with some form of patina that causes all or parts of the piece to look old or vintage. We use quality products and also choose material that will keep each piece affordable. 

Your jewelry can be cleaned with a soft tissue and should not be submerged or worn while in water.

Each piece is made by hand, and that's the beauty of the Vintage Sparrow product. The time is taken to make each piece without the use of a machine. The placement of the letters adds character and makes it unique. Even if someone orders the same necklace, yours will always be one of a kind.

Yes, we offer custom designs for orders of fifty or more for businesses and non profits. We currently do not offer individual custom orders.
