General Terms

To qualify for wholesale pricing and to become an authorized Vintage Sparrow retailer, you can apply right here on the website! Click on the wholesale tab at the top menu bar, then click "Apply for a Wholesale Account". If you are approved, you will be sent an email on next steps! 

Our minimum purchase and reorder minimum is $250.


We do not require an individual quantity amount of each piece for orders. Feel free to pick your own unique collection of pieces! You will find that you can increase your quantities of each product on the checkout page. This is the easiest way to order.


Orders are shipped from Hendersonville, TN using USPS, FED EX, or UPS. Lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks but we typically get your order to you much faster than this. As you know, during the holidays we will be even busier and may hit the 4 week process and production time mark.


All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 15 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases older than 30 days. We will replace any defective item. There is no fee for exchanges. Product must be in new condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned, items. A copy of your original receipt must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
